- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Be careful of anybody that requires credit/debit card information before they will make an appointment. My 19 yr old daughter made an appt, tried to contact office repeatedly to cancel, left a voice message. Of course the office says they never received the voice message and do not keep those records. They debited her card without notice for $285. She called and explained what had happened, they were just rude and she got nowhere. Since they are closed on Fridays, I called Monday morning, asked for the office manager (who was on vacation), spoke with Linda. I am shocked at the defensive and rude response as I explained that I feel they took advantage of a 19 yr old. I am 58 years old and I have never had any kind of Doctors or Dentists, etc office require a credit/debit card in order to make an appt. Guess they get by with this all the time..... I could understand a $50, $75 or even $100 for a missed appt but $285, that's ridiculous.February 24, 2017by Sheila Clark
